📋 Rules and Regulations

Payment – Rent must be paid on or before the agreed due date. Late payments may incur penalties.
Cleanliness – Tenants must keep their rooms clean and properly dispose of trash.
Noise Control – Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
Visitors – Guests are allowed only during designated visiting hours and must be registered at the reception/front desk.
Prohibited Items – Illegal substances, weapons, gambling equipment, and appliances that pose fire hazards are strictly forbidden.
Cooking – Cooking inside the room is not allowed unless using approved appliances or in designated kitchen areas.
Smoking & Alcohol – Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Security – Tenants must always lock their doors and report any suspicious activity to management.
Respect for Others – Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior toward fellow residents or staff will not be tolerated.
Facility Use – All shared spaces (lounges, laundry, etc.) must be used responsibly and kept clean after use.

📝 Termination Policy

Notice Period – A minimum of 30 days written notice is required if the tenant wishes to terminate the lease before the agreed end date.
Early Termination – Security deposit will be forfeited if the tenant leaves without proper notice or before completing the minimum contract period.
Breach of Contract – The management reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the tenant violates any of the rules and regulations stated above.
Refund Policy – Any advance rental will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if proper notice is given and no damages are found.

⚖️ Liability

The management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the tenant’s personal belongings.

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the room, furniture, or common areas beyond normal wear and tear.

The tenant agrees to use all facilities responsibly and will be held accountable for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse.

Management will ensure regular maintenance and security but shall not be held liable for interruptions in utilities (water/electricity) beyond its control.
